Azfora to Santo Domingo. Day 10

Leaving Azofra very early in the morning.

Sunrise behind me.

Two enterprising young men. They had all kinds of goodies for donation only. Their sign said they were doing that rather than steal. The bread was homemade that morning and the jam was homemade. Watermelon was delicious
Fancy golf course where I had my morning coffee nine km into the day.
Across from the golf course is a ghost town...empty apartments a result of the housing bubble. There were a lot of them.

Follow the scallop shell!  Yes, that is pink on my boots so no one will mistake them for their own.
Pilgrim statue in Ciruena where the golf course is.
Leaving Ciruena
In Santo Domingo.
The long path into santo Domingo.

Painted on the wall across from our albergue. Fabulous albergue.
The cathedral tower that is not attached to the cathedral.
